The solid majority of Poles welcome Ukrainian refugees

A survey has discovered that, although the majority of Poles still support the acceptance of Ukrainian refugees, the level of approval has decreased.

Recent research showed that 67% of Poles agreed to accept Ukrainian refugees. This figure is much lower than the results of previous surveys.

On March 4, 2022, support for the action was at 88 per cent.

60.4% of Poles now think that the aid provided by the Polish government to Ukrainian refugees is better than the help they get themselves – an increase from 55.7% in October’s survey.
