No women in Finland's top 20 income list
Media outlets on Wednesday published the tax and income data of people earning more than 100,000 euros. The first woman on the high-earners list comes up at number 23.
Of Finland's top 1,000 earners, just 15 percent are women. Women in Finland earn on average about 16 percent less than men.
Miki Kuusi, who founded the Wolt delivery service and sold it to the American firm DoorDash last year, was Finland's highest income earner in 2022.
He made some 79 million euros in total, ensuring he topped the list of taxpayers published on Wednesday morning.
