London: A second 15-year-old boy has been charged with the murder of Teon Campbell-Pitter outside his boxing club in Lewisham.
Teon, 16, was fatally stabbed in Angus Street, New Cross, on Wednesday, April 13.
Another 15-year-old male was charged and appeared at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on Monday. He was remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey on April 21.
The Met said it is the fourth teenage homicide of the year in the capital.
Last year marked a record high of teenagers suffering violent deaths in London.
There were 30 homicides recorded by the Met Police, surpassing the previous peak of 29 in 2008.
