В третьем квартале экономика Норвегии впервые опередила шведскую экономику по показателю ВВП, сообщает Svenska Dagbladet.
Причина пишется газ и нефть.
По данным Статистического управления Норвегии, ВВП Норвегии за квартал составил 1 552 миллиарда норвежских крон, что соответствует чуть более 1 600 миллиардам шведских крон. Это можно сравнить с ВВП Швеции в размере 1 437 миллиардов шведских крон.
Голландский суд оставил в силе двухлетний запрет на въезд конспирологу Дэвиду Айку
Иммиграционная служба Нидерландов IND поступила справедливо, наложив запрет на въезд в страну британскому конспирологу Дэвиду Айку, такое решение принял суд в понедельник. Запрет на въезд в Нидерланды и всю Шенгенскую зону остается в силе.
Айк должен был выступить 6 ноября на демонстрации, организованной в Амстердаме антиправительственной коалицией Samen voor Nederland. В последний момент ему на два года запретили въезд во всю Шенгенскую зону.

The Slovak government led by Eduard Heger failed in a parliamentary vote of no confidence against it on Thursday, opening the way for new elections in the country.
The Heger cabinet, which has been in a minority since September, was on Thursday voted out of office by a narrow majority of 78 votes in the 150-seat Bratislava legislature.

William Chinyanga, 52, live-streamed a number of speeches on Facebook protesting Zimbabwe’s ruling party, Zanu-PF, in which he encouraged bombings and attacks on soldiers and police.
The December 2019 videos were referred to counter-terror police who swooped to arrest Chinyanga on February 25, 2020 at his home in north London.
In interview, he admitted to posting the videos. He was sentenced to three years’ imprisonment on Friday.

Netherlands residents over 65 will increase from 20 percent at the end of 2022 to 25 percent around 2040.
The number of people aged 80 or older will double over the next 20 years, from 900,000 at the end of this year to 1.7 million in 2043. After that, the number will continue to rise to up to 2.1 million around 2054.

Prominent anti-vaccination lawyer Sue Grey has been released from custody in Nelson after earlier being stood down by a judge for contempt of court.
At a hearing in the Nelson District Court this afternoon, Judge Tony Zohrab said Grey was taken into custody for disruptive behaviour at an earlier court appearance.
Conspiracy theorist Micha Kat will not be released from jail for the time being.
Kat was arrested in Northern Ireland in the middle of last year, and unsuccessfully contested his extradition to the Netherlands. He now wants to be allowed to leave his jail cell, but the court said there were enough serious objections to detain Kat, now 59 years old, at least until the next preliminary hearing in February. The case should be dealt with substantively with a trial at the end of March.
Kat, a former journalist, is suspected of incitement against the judiciary, incitement against the municipality of Bodegraven, calling on people to kidnap and threaten the RIVM director Jaap van Dissel, and incitement against the newspaper AD, among other crimes.
There is a hysterical anti-Austrian sentiment in Romania surrounding the decision to block the country’s Schengen accession, with customers withdrawing their money from Austrian banks and many demanding the nationalization of the oil company OMV.
